Ordinary Membership
Ordinary Membership of the Society is open to all persons of English descent residents in Thailand who owe allegiance to the British Crown.
This includes a person of either sex whose spouse may not be English.
Associate Membership
Associate Membership is open to persons who do not qualify for ordinary membership but who have a connection with England or a strong interest in English traditions and customs.
Benefits
The society offers the English men and women in Thailand an opportunity to remember and appreciate all things English. Having left our homes behind, we all need an outlet for our patriotism and through the society our members can come together to express that in a friendly environment.
The society runs a variety of events throughout the year to allow old friends to meet up and new friendships to begin. We offer our members reduced costs or discounts at these events wherever possible.
The society is a not for profit organisation that supports a number of local charities. This means that you can take pride in the fact that, through your membership fees, you are not only supporting an old and venerable society, but also helping some truly worthy local causes.
Fees
The Membership fee is the same for both Ordinary and Associate members.
Annual Subscription per person: B500 (Due annually on October 1st)
