ANNUAL SPONSORSHIP & GOLD LEVEL SPONSORSHIP FOR ANNUAL BALL

In return for your kind sponsorship of Baht 75,000 you will receive the following benefits:-

1. Your Company logo will be prominently displayed on advertising for all St George’s Society events, including the Annual Ball, our regular Quiz Nights and all other St George’s events in your year of Sponsorship
2. Company name or logo will feature heavily on the St George’s Website (www.bangkokstgeorgesoc.org) for a period of 12 months (from date payment received).  
3. At the Annual Ball (Sat 23rd October 2010) – the event usually attracts between 200 and 300 people.
4. Your own table (max. 10 persons) in a prime position (value approximately 30,000 THB).
5. Up to 10 personalised slides / or short advertising campaign burst in our special St. George’s 2010 slideshow played on a loop throughout the evening in the Ballroom.
6. The President will thank your company for their kind sponsorship in her speech at the Ball.
7. Company logo will be prominently displayed in the Ballroom of the hotel on the day of the Ball (materials to be provided by your company).
8. Your company will be invited to provide an advertising board and table in the champagne reception area of the Ball.
9. Company name and logo will take prime position on the St George’s Society website Annual Ball information page.
10. Your company logo will be included in all advertising for the Ball (subject to graphics received before Flyer and Programme production).
11. Your company will be thanked for their sponsorship in the post Ball write up for the St George’s Society website and the British Club ‘Outpost’ Magazine.

SILVER LEVEL SPONSORSHIP

In return for your kind sponsorship of Baht 50,000 you will receive the following benefits:-

1. Four complimentary tickets to the St. George's Society Ball (value approximately 12,000 THB).
2. Up to 5 personalised slides in our special St. George’s 2009 slideshow played on a loop throughout the evening in the Ballroom.
3. Your company logo will be displayed in the Ballroom and champagne reception area of the hotel on the day of the Ball (materials to be provided by your company).
4. The President will thank your company for their kind sponsorship in her speech at the Ball.
5. Your company name and logo will be included in the programme printed for the Ball.
6. Company name and logo will feature on the St George’s Society website Annual Ball information page.
7. Your company logo will be included in all advertising for the Ball (subject to graphics received before Flyer production).

RAFFLE PRIZE DONATIONS

In return for your kind donation of a raffle prize you will receive the following benefits:-

1. Your company name and logo will be included in the programme printed for the Ball.
2. Your company logo will be included in the presentation slides that will be played on a loop throughout the evening.
3. Company name and logo will feature on the St George’s website Ball page.
4. If prize is of significant value and included as the door prize or one of the top 3 raffle prizes then the president will thank your company for their donation during her speech at the Ball.
